Great catapult

The steep walls make it difficult for my child, who is still learning to use a spoon, to grab the spoon without throwing food off the plate. Pretty funny. Works great when I feed her or when she's already holding a spoon. but if she drops it in the bowl when she wants to get it, it flies everywhere!

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • Long wait

Love the stability, good for feeding

Received this bowl very early in the morning. I am currently using it with my 15 month old daughter. I like the wide base. She just eats her fruits without wearing them. Okay, she's wearing some of these because she dumped a whole bowl of fruit on her while I was washing up that Numnum bowl for us to use.

  • Good thing

Great bowls to learn to eat!

This bowl was excellent! We use it with dip spoons for our 9 month old to practice self feeding. She couldn't get it out of the high chair and all the food slides off and settles on the floor making it easy to submerge. Really thoughtful design! If it were cheaper, we would only use these bowls. I wish the price was a little lower.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

which I like as she can't toss or throw tons.

The bowl can slip and if the child can pick it up it will definitely tip over. However, my daughter enjoys trying to get food out with her utensils. It doesn't hold a ton of food, which I think is a good thing since she can't throw or throw away a ton. It's a better option than the glass bowls I usually use for myself, but I'm not sure it's any better than the simpler plastic bowl.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Functionality

Maybe just save your money and start with a regular bowl.

The overall design is a bit confusing. It doesn't hold much food and seems to work best with a thick puree. Biting off something irregular or large is difficult even for the more experienced spoon user (including me). The biggest problem is that the spoon doesn't fit in the bowl but tips over. A suction base would be a huge improvement for this bowl - it's not hard for my little fella to pick up and throw, and it's strong enough to make a nice dent in your floor. All of this together seems to…

Pros
  • I like everything so far
Cons
  • Almost everything is there
