I like the design so I've ordered a size 10M twice both from Shoe Mall and Revain and both times I've got a 10, 5 M even got an argument from Shoe Mall that I ordered 10.5 (my order form says 10 anyway). The shoes arrive in the form best shown in the attached photos. I wonder if these shoes are even new. The strap is broken, there are no pins on both buckles, stains on the tongue. I've been a Revain customer for 5 years and have never encountered this situation.

The buckle is a bit weak but I don't feel it's a big problem for me since I don't usually open and unzip my shoes every time I put them on- or take off, I prefer to wear shoes like slippers.

Very stylish. Wear it with suits or jeans. For example, a darker coloration on the toe box gives the shoe some flair. Fits great / true to size. Adjustable strap in case the ankles are more or less narrow. The Comfortsole gel makes this one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever bought. The price is right - very affordable.

Husband needed brown dress shoes for work, ordered size 11W, box said 11W but shoes in box were 11M. I reordered the shoes and the same thing happened. The box said 11W and the shoes said 11M. In addition, the leather of the shoe was scratched. I am extremely disappointed. You can choose to change the order again or choose a different pair. Now we have been without classic shoes for more than a week.

. These new ones are similar in style. Not that convenient, but pretty close. The biggest problem is that both buckles broke within the first week. The first buckle broke the first day I put it on. The second buckle broke after 3 days. Shame as I already threw away the original pair. Instead, you should have gone to the shoemaker with the original pair.
