The quality is terrible but the attitude is better - ready to wear
I like the design so I've ordered a size 10M twice both from Shoe Mall and Revain and both times I've got a 10, 5 M even got an argument from Shoe Mall that I ordered 10.5 (my order form says 10 anyway). The shoes arrive in the form best shown in the attached photos. I wonder if these shoes are even new. The strap is broken, there are no pins on both buckles, stains on the tongue. I've been a Revain customer for 5 years and have never encountered this situation.
