Good price and works well

Does a great job with my little "sailer trailer" in the boat storage area, I hook it up to one of those little 2-stroke 900 peak/700 watt Harbor Freight vanity generators via an old surge protector , just to keep the batteries charged, run various power tools, fans, etc. Seems to be well made and sturdy. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another if this one is fried or footed.

Cons
  • Adapters are unreliable

Good price, lasted 4 months in marine environment

One of the local marinas only has 15 amp shore power so I bought it to match my boat. It stays around and I've run a pretty decent amount of current through it. I also hooked up my inverter generator to the boat with it. While it's minor, some sort of bracket for the 15 amp side would be handy if you need to run the extension cord through (tie the top knot a little tight with the extension cord). two cords, as usual), as well as an LED indicator that would be good to show when it's hot.

Pros
  • Power and electricity
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Cheap inside, broke after a few uses

I bought this based on the reviews. It was never tightly connected to my trailer, it had a lot of movement and the locking ring was poorly bolted on and difficult to start without a cross thread. It didn't work out in the end, I didn't get shore power no matter how I twisted it. I cut it with a hacksaw and found that one of the internal connector sockets was bent and not making contact. The metal is very thin and very soft, I can easily bend it with my fingers. NOT GOOD for connecting to a high

Pros
  • Van Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • Not the best
