An excellent option for stored food on land.

Exactly as described. We use these in our warehouse to charge the battery and provide power for lights and other things. (Do not use an electric water heater, air conditioner or vacuum cleaner, although 15A is not sufficient for this.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some difficulties

It's good to have a pre-chilled fridge that you can load beforehand.

I use this adapter to power the 120 volt domestic fridge that our RV came with and also to keep the onboard battery charged. It's nice to have a pre-cooled fridge that can be loaded before a trip without having to install a 220v socket outside our home.

  • Pleasant to use

Just put it straight into the box before shipping!

I bought this for my RV so I don't have to haul a big heavy cord if I just want to charge the batteries or turn on the fridge before a trip. As with most motorhomes, sometimes we don't take our units out of storage for as long as we did this time. It's been about 34 days since I received the adapter and when I tried to use it today I found that the person who filled the order asked for a 30 amp adapter instead of a 50 amp adapter put in the box. DUHHHHH As a loyal Amazon Prime member, I went…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires an outlet
