After trying this product, I have to say I'm really impressed with how well it's helped me stay hydrated during my workouts. The tablets dissolve easily in my water bottle and have a pleasant taste. Plus, they're a healthier option compared to other sugary sports drinks. The only downside is the price, but in my opinion, it's worth the investment for my health and household.
