Not Worth Your Money

This surveillance video equipment is a waste of money. Electronics that don't work well and poor visual clarity make it difficult to detect any intruders. Based on my observations, the 65-ft vision is nowhere near the mark, and the IP66 weatherproof feature is a no-go. On the positive side, the remote feature is user-friendly, but that's the only good thing that can be said. I would not recommend this product to anyone searching for quality surveillance equipment.

This is a SCAM and/or "FALSE ADVERTISEMENT". Wireless with 1TB hard drive with one-way audio, 8ch 1080P NV. Don't be fooled by this company, I will be returning this item and requesting a refund. I am extremely disappointed!

You cannot rely on this device.

I ordered a camera system and it was delivered within three days. The cameras were paired to the base unit so installation was easy. I installed one or two cameras a day and found on the third day that the cameras were out of sync with the video displayed on the monitor; There was about a three second delay. I've also noticed that the cameras would sometimes "freeze" for 4-30 seconds. I'm sick of the help, but the manufacturer doesn't have it; All you can do is contact Amazon and they will ask…
