I used this pen 3 times and it broke. How do you get more pencil for the case? If it is not possible to increase the color of the pencil nib, please send me a new one with instructions on how to get a nib on the top of the rod.

I like the colors but there is almost no product. I'm not sure if you unscrewed them or pushed them. A little dismayed. I won't use them because there's just nothing there.

I have several of these pens and love them! They go on smoothly and stay on all night! Make sure you have a sharpener with a big hole! I use a double sharpener with small and large holes; works perfectly! color - beautiful light green shade; not too light or too dark. I have no idea why it's called crap! 😄 The colors also have a lot of shimmer to make my eyes pop. I am picky about the color I wear and can always go for bronze for a neutral undertone.

I have used these before and always love them, the colors are great and I get compliments on my eyeshadows. I have an electric blue and this time I added horseradish. Well I LOVE this color. Unfortunately, I have to use primer to keep it from creasing, but I have to prime EVERY eyeshadow I wear, so it's no different. I liked the pen applicator, very easy to apply. I will certainly buy many more.

This item, along with the other colors I've purchased, all had the caps glued on and the turn signal on the other end was glued on. could never open it.

I love this colour, lovely shimmering light green. It's easy to apply and looks great while it lasts. But the color tends to fade within a few hours. So I like it, but I don't like it.
