Pure red. Lips: Lips

Great sync for Mac's Danger Lady. They have an olive skin tone and are either medium complexion or tan. Red-orange looks redder. This will brighten your face. You don't have to dress everything up. Matt and clean. I forgot to exfoliate my lips and put on lip balm (I have very dry lips in particular. Genetics :/).

Beautiful shade for dark skin!

I was a bit hesitant to try this red Eden lipstick because no other review had a picture of a black woman so I wasn't sure how it would look on me. I'm so glad I decided to try it because it's so beautiful on dark skin and it's now one of my favorite bright lipsticks ❀️

CHECK SAMPLES BEFORE BUYING

Before you buy, view a sample of the shade you want, the pictures here are nowhere near the shade you will receive. I knew this and ordered the shade I wanted and got that exact shade. Just wanted to make sure anyone reading the reviews knows that the pictures here are literally MANY shades different from what you are buying. Tea Rose, Audrey and Strawberry Daiquiri

In this test we compared other matte Nyx colors including Tea Rose. It's a matte lipstick that doesn't moisturize, but it doesn't dry out either. I have semi-sensitive lips that sting when the lipstick dries out and I haven't had that problem with it. The color is quite heavily pigmented. The color is not permanent, but it is not advertised either. Tea rose is a cold color with a lilac tint. Apply foundation or cream before applying!

The product is very strange. It only works if you have foundation or cream underneath, otherwise it will grin and discolour. So if you use cream or foundation before you put on lipstick that's great, but if you put it on a clean face you look like a clown, well I did it. I "bleed" and the color turns into an unpleasant orange-red.
