One con: it took a little longer than we would have liked to find the appropriate size for our casters.

I ordered these as a perfect replacement for the ones without brakes. My order was based solely on the description and photos on the website. What I received was a package that said "with brakes" but what was in the package was the style WITHOUT the brakes. completely wrong! I was only able to get a refund as there doesn't seem to be an exchange available which is the correct part with the correct tag otherwise I would have already ordered it. Very disappointed that I didn't get the right ones.
