Advertised as one size, technically fits most. My helmet size is 5X and it doesn't fit me. I gave it to someone smaller and they didn't stop singing his prize. If you are 5X or more, you can buy a larger size.

They have been used heavily and have not yet fallen apart or worn out. Replacement lenses are very cheap. They have an elastic band on the strap to secure the back of the helmet. I read the reviews about the size of the goggles and thought they would fit my narrow face very well, but I think I'd be better off getting a regular one to use glasses. than the XS version.
