Just received! I'm a new YouTuber (Honeythap0et) and was looking for a good tripod for blogging. The material was different and better than I expected. I thought it was plastic. It's very strong! I think I miss the part of the tripod that I put my phone on because I have to open it with my hands instead of using a pen to open it like I do with my regular tripod. I hope the sensor can send me the missing part, it will really help. Otherwise I like it so far.

Your item is very bad. broke legs the first time after a few uses and then decided to try again and after a few weeks it broke the top (my new phone broke all over and broke when your product broke. Probably $500, to fix it) and tried to ask for a refund but I think the time has already expired. There should be more time for returns and refunds for bad products like yours. This tripod is perfect for travel and when you don't want to lengthen a large tripod. The legs cover almost everything. Note that you have to be very careful when bending your legs. Especially in the thighs. The bendable aluminum bar(?) in the legs breaks easily (especially at the top of the leg where more force is applied when bending) if you're not careful.
