Works great, difficult to remove

I used it in a 2 inch pipe to test the shower pan for leaks. It fit perfectly and was easy to tighten. When I tried to take it off I was able to loosen it with the nut but the rubber stuck to the tube and it took me a while to get it off. I think it was because the rubber was new, maybe I had to dust it off before first use.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Works well but is a bit cumbersome to use.

This plug covers PVC pipes well for leak testing. The problem I had was that it was awkward to hold the connector in place and prevent it from rotating while I was tightening the wing nut. This design will likely work for larger diameter tubing, but will require some work on the part of the user when working with 2" tubing.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • A few small things

Well done. Great holding power. Metal wing nut.

Very well made. The upper part pictured protrudes slightly from the pipe so that it cannot fall into the pipe. The wing nut is metal and strong enough to compress the rubber. Smaller rubber with no wing nut pressure that allows for easy insertion into the tube but can also be pushed out with more than enough pressure for a snug fit. I'm using them for a fancy project where I need them in my elbow, so I have to shave my shoulder flush with the pipe to get it to fit in the elbow.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • thin
