Ideal for new build

Buy one with a rubber seal when replacing a shower tray with existing fittings. This is for new builds where you have access to the plumbing below.

Pros
  • Easy to install and use
Cons
  • Too long wait times

Works perfectly for my shower setup.

price a bit high but after a long search they came into my shower so I'm satisfied. It would be better if they added a little lip at the very top to hold it. Tighten better in case of leaks.

Pros
  • stainless steel screens with PVD coating for life
Cons
  • safety

obsolete vanity and tub accessories

Obsolete, that's the best description. You need to install it in the shower tray before connecting it to the drain pipe. There are others where one part connects to the drain, then insert the drip tray and then attach the second part. Missed an opportunity to do a return, did a remake.

Pros
  • Designed for use with preformed shower trays: fiberglass, acrylic, nylon or metal
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
