It turns out that this device does not support 2-line voip. It's more like a bridge that allows you to connect 1 VoIP line to 1 existing regular phone line to 1 phone. As others have said, I have OBi202, not OBi212. I will update after the replacement arrives. But OBi202 is a good box and works well. But I need an FXO port.

I have no luck with these devices. I bought it a few months ago and had to return it due to a broken internet connection. I bought another one and waited until the return period had expired to install it, which was a shame as it also had a broken internet connection. Tried different cables with no success. I connected both devices to the internet switch and only one of the two green LEDs came on each time. This is very frustrating.

This is an excellent update for the dual line Obi 202. I love that the setup interface is now built into the device so you don't have to go through the awful Obi website to set it up. I was a bit wary considering they were purchased from Polycomm which I've had a bad experience with. But my fears were unfounded. Box says Obihai OBi212 but it was OBi202, very similar devices but very different from what I ordered, has fx0 and fxs ports and only ATA adapters .
