First, lay the tape next to the old tape to determine the length to cut, but don't cut the entire length the first time. This belt looks cool, the price is great, the packaging it came in made it look like something that should cost 3 times what I got have paid. The strap works great with a ratchet system and has a small latch at the bottom that you can use to release it. This system works much better than the other ratchet straps I have and it's from a great designer. The belt is absolutely worth the money.
