Pretty Heavy good for me

I love the design, look and feel of the kayak paddle, but it feels really heavy compared to the carbon fiber paddle that I usally use. It is easy to put together with a great design on the oars themselves. They push water easily. No complaints there. Shipping box seemed slightly unnecessary as it came in a HUGE package.

  • Not a good paddle at all I've done several trips with this paddle and I am not a fan at all

All the features I want at a good price

I'm very happy with this paddle. It has all the features I want. First and maybe most important, it is pretty light weight (about 2 1/2 pounds). The aluminum shaft has a rubber-like surface where your hands go, so it feels warmer than bare metal. It detaches in the middle for easier stowing. It has 3 positions for adjusting the blade angles. The blades have a nice curved shape and don't flex. There are drip protector rings. It's well-made and nice looking with bright color (I got red).

Comfortable to use, but the tether could use better clips

We have acquired a number of kayaks over the last couple of years, but somehow never quite got the same number of paddles, so we were never able to use all our kayaks at the same time. This one gives us a complete set. It has a nice weight and is comfortable to use. The only complaint would be that the clips on the included tether are really difficult to open to detach the paddle from the tether, which leaves us struggling with the clip at times. Otherwise, it is a perfectly useable paddle.

Perfect for kids and adults

We use these atleast twice a week and we love them. Super lightweight and easy to take apart for storage. We purchased when they were on sale and wish we would have gotten a couple more.

Parts missing. Help me

I only got 1/2 of a paddle. The grip can become quite slippery when wet, making it difficult to maintain control.. Unfortunately i waited too long to open the boxes. Any way this can be made right?

So far seems like it’ll be a great paddle for me as a beginner

My wife and I have been on kayak and SUP tours and wanted to get out there on our own some. On top of being stuff with Covid this last year, we are both recovering from physical issues (her a severely broken foot, me major surgery). So we decided we needed to plan something fun for when we can get back out into the world - as of this writing it’s still a few weeks off. With that in mind, we recently got 2 inflatable SUPS (easier for us to transport). I have a few past teen-year sports injuries,
