Great way to gather information for individuals who are geographically remote

I worked at an organization where we used this tool as part of my job performance evaluation process in order provide feedback regarding strengths/weaknesses within each employee profile (i-e - knowledge base). It was very easy using it compared other tools that required additional input or were not user friendly enought! Amazing User Friendly Tool for Employee Tracking

The best thing about OC Insights was how easy it is to use! It’s so user-friendly I don't want any training or learning required at all if someone else wants to add me as their employee in future using this tool (which i can already do right now!). Also, they give amazing customer support which helps solve my problems very quickly!! If there were things that could be improved then maybe some data privacy features would help? Excellent Career Development Platform

The best part is that they are constantly adding new content and features to their platform. The platform is very easy to navigate and all of the resources are very well organized. They also have a great team of people to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. I have not found anything that I dislike about the platform.
