I wore this dress to a sweet 16 sneaker ball. It was very flattering. The material was breathable and it moved with me all night. The arms stayed in place and there was no sagging of the top if I leaned over. It camouflaged all of my extra fluff. I am 5'5 and 230lbs. I bought a XXL. The fit was perfect.
