I've had it for about 3 months; You get what you pay for in this product - it was missing screws and when assembled the levers are still too wobbly for anyone's comfort. Also, the seat padding is absolutely terrible, at least for a 6-inch, 1,250-pound person. I would take it back if I could, I hate it so much.

The instructions were poorly printed and difficult to follow, you just have to find out. I had to return the first chair because the seat had tilted, not sure if it was the seat or the frame, but sitting for more than a few minutes was incredibly difficult. The replacement chair seat was fine but I ended up returning it because the backrest was rocking from side to side so it felt like the whole chair was rocking. TLDR: I would give this chair 5 stars for its comfort, but it arrived with a broken part and a missing nail. Day 4 of using this chair, about 9 hours of daily sitting in it. The seat is very comfortable with excellent lumbar support. I'm quite short so it's good that this chair has a slider and allows my feet to touch the floor at multiple height settings.
