The assembly in the penultimate phase was very difficult; It took me over an hour to figure out how to assemble the penultimate tier. I wanted to post a review here because I think this chair is an incredible deal. However, after about 6 months or a year it will start making creaking noises so you will need to add oil to all moving parts to silence it. I spend 8-9 hours in this chair for work every day so it gets a lot of use. I'm also a 6ft 3in, 250lbs, chubby guy so it helps that this chair can last for many hours.
