I ordered the OFM Essentials Collection ergonomic office chair with mesh seat and lumbar support in black. Delivery was quick. The assembly in the penultimate phase was very difficult; It took me over an hour to figure out how to assemble the penultimate tier. After assembling, I found that the seat height knob and recline knob didn't work, so sitting on the chair caused back pain. I received a return authorization but was unable to disassemble the chair and return the item to Revain. Unable to contact Revain or the manufacturer. Now I'm stuck with a non-working ergonomic chair. Huge loss of money for me. Johnson Kula
