This product has excellent directions and different ways to connect the light. I wish it came with a second remote and hopefully I can order one from this review. I don't know how to contact the company directly but hopefully after seeing this review they will email me as they contacted me about the product

Biggest complaint, no front derailleur is supplied. It has a remote that turns it on, but it's still drawing power from your battery. Because of this, I got stuck in the mountains. I even left my tender on battery 2 days before but that didn't help when the system drains as fast as it charges. Order a good switch, not cheap. I also ordered some base springs so they flex better.

Lighting works fine. See the white dots flicker here and there as he changes pattern or color. The app isn't worth it, you can't add your own music. So that's a big problem for me, as is the whole reason I wanted them. This is due to the app control feature. Can't get in touch with anyone for answers seems like the only way to come back. pins are bright and work well with app. Unfortunately, the circuit diagram was not well thought out. As you can see in the picture, to remove the whips you have to unscrew the wires each time. If you don't leave enough slack, the wires will break. I'd love to say/show them and I definitely wouldn't buy them. Other whips have a wire attached to the base and the base contains the whip. This makes launch and wind different than these.

UPDATE: The company has offered me a refund/replacement. When I told them I wanted a refund they didn't reply and I haven't heard from them since. I strongly recommend you to go to another company to buy such a product. Don't waste your time and money! The product is easy to install. But the overall quality is terrible. The first ones I received were broken and only half the LEDs worked. The replacement worked and then stopped working after 2 months and a full hand. I do not recommend. Save…
