This product burned my face and neck and a minute after I applied it I had severe breakouts. Even after washing my face, my face and neck were still itchy and burning the next day. I rubbed green alcohol on my face and neck. Thank god it worked.

I have been using this product for a long time and it seems that it is not the same. The packaging is labeled in multiple languages, so it could either be fake or just that it's a different product in other countries. It looks thinner and smells different.

This boyle was without a locking tongue. It was also already inflated because I didn't have to twist it to unfold the top. I ordered with sunscreen and received without. Very thin lotion. I won't use it as it was already open.

How do I get a refund for a counterfeit product and an overdue return date? Mine says Made in THAILAND. I called OLAY and the representative told me that Olay products are only made in the US and Canada. The bottle doesn't say SPF 15 either.
