I WEAR 8.5 BUT THIS HEEL IS 8.5 QUALITY. I HAVE TO RETURN THE SHOES AND ORDER NINE AND A HALF FOR SAFETY REASONS. I ORDERED A SIZE 9 IN ANOTHER COLOR AND MY FINGERS ARE LITERALLY TOUCHING THE FRONT OF THE SHOES, NOT A GOOD FEELING. These shoes are just adorable and look perfect! We have them in gold. However, I think they were a little big or wish they were half the size. My daughter has very narrow feet so we knew there would be room. But we did what girls who love shoes do and stuffed tissue paper in a sock. The strap was very long so I tucked it in at the side and a little hot glue made it nice and tight, imperceptible.
