What should have taken an hour took forever. These lights get tangled very easily and are difficult to untangle. We installed almost all of the cord, all but 20 feet, and the cord broke. I put it back together but it broke very easily. At best, these are dates for one season. Not easy to install, easy to break. I admit that once glued and turned on they are bright and very cool. As long as they don't break. Keep in mind.

The wire is smaller than I expected. It comes in a neat little box but is VERY easy to use and easy to store. I started at one end of my fence and worked to the other end (300+ feet) and needed a simple piece of duct tape to attach to the fence. The wire is super thin. I like that the entire length of my fence is now illuminated. I've only had it for 3 days (including rainy weather) and so far it's fantastic and a great price!

Great product but can become an incredible mess. 330 feet can generate a lot of growls. Lessons learned: 1) Plan ahead where you want your garland to end and start threading at the end of the lights first - the unplugged end - and work your way back to the outlet. and 2) work with two people, one adjusting the light and the other turning the reel. Things went much smoother with our third coil of light after we each tangled the first two coils.

I don't know what others experienced but I was very disappointed when I got these lights. I thought 300 feet was huge. On the contrary, a very small package, not wrapped in plastic or anything like that, held together by two long bread strips. As soon as I undid my ties, the lanterns popped out of the tightly coiled roll they were in and my hands were an instant mess. 2 hours later I'm still untangling them. For a HIGH price, they could put a spindle or something in the middle of these lights…
