Beautiful and flexible out of the box. Looks really good on my cheap tribute to the Submariner. The quick release spring bars didn't come pre-installed, but they packed extras into the kit and gave me a spring bar/pin tool. I had to tap it out a bit as the spring holes were still filled with silicone, had to dig out the silicone to install the bars. Comfortable on the wrist, although a bit fiddly to close if you accidentally reset the straps. Soft enough, not sure how it will hold up over time,

the tape came quickly. Looks great, feels great. However, after less than 24 hours of wearing, it tore between the two layers of colored silicone on the buckle. I bought this strap to replace an old canvas velcro strap on a Smith & Wesson watch that I wear to work. I actually bought it twice because I got the wrong measurement the first time, but the return was very easy. Once I got the right one it was easy for me to put the watch on and the easily removable pins are amazing once you figure out how to fit them into the bracelet. Firstly, although you have quick release pins, they are not on the strap itself. You have to tighten them. Not an impossible task, but can be frustrating. Equally important, if not more important, when placing it on the watch, there is a slight play from left to right where the pins meet. In fact you can see some of the ends of the pins. EDIT: After about 10 months of daily use, the bracelet broke where it is the two colors meet hole for a needle. Overall I'd say it's still a good value as it looked and worked great for the time and at $13 is easily replaceable again. This group really makes a good impression.
