Olympus 200395 XD Picture Card 512 Review

Fast service and great product. I can't believe the difference in price between this product and what the stores wanted.

I've bought several Olympus digital cameras over the last 6 years and am happy with the XD Picture Card required for digital photography. I started small but recently upgraded to a 512MB card which I recently bought. I'm parting with this card right now; I can take up to 350 shots with it. As the title says, I'm excited.

Our Olympus C740 worked as expected. And man, it contains a lot of pictures. WE used it in Italy last fall and didn't have to make room as we took over 600 photos on one card and there was still room.

It's amazing how you can use this memory card in any Olympus camera in this format. Fast start, even in a 4 or 5 megapixel camera. Landscape design photos are clear with high resolution. I was very impressed with the speed with which I received this item. This photo card is now very hard to find as newer digital cameras use higher capacity cards of 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB. This replacement is perfect for the older ones that came with my camera and worked with no issues. I ordered 2 more to have spares for my camera which was overpriced and took great pictures so I don't want to replace them. Thank you Revan

Compared to the space on cards these days, it's surprising that the 512 was as expensive as it was a few years ago. I bought it when I got my hands on my Olympus and in the time I've been using it has done a great job. Unfortunately the card broke a few years after purchase but for the time I've had it I've been very happy with it.
