I had no problem installing this. I set it up and hung all my white sheets on it. In ten minutes everyone was down. The wire slipped out of the clamp at one end. I had to wash all the sheets again and pull the rope up again. This time I tightened the clamp much tighter. The part that holds the leash in the loop is not heavy metal and tends to bend.
