I had no problem installing this. I set it up and hung all my white sheets on it. In ten minutes everyone was down. The wire slipped out of the clamp at one end. I had to wash all the sheets again and pull the rope up again. This time I tightened the clamp much tighter. The part that holds the leash in the loop is not heavy metal and tends to bend. I hung the sheets back up and again the wire slipped out and the sheets lay on the bare floor. Went back to laundry with sheets and found someone else checking my work. He moved the rope, and this time it took about an hour. The same, fell to the ground, the wire jumped out, washing the sheets for the third time. Tucked back in, all tightened so we can never undo it again. Sheets hung, they fell to the floor almost immediately, sheets in the wash for the fourth time, clothesline in the bin. We used almost the entire length of the rope, so some of these folks might have better luck with shorter clotheslines. We were deeply disappointed with this product.
