Omix Ada 12419 17 Headlight Bezel Review

Great price and looks good, fits perfectly in the place of the old one. Cheaper material, but what do you expect at this price?

Perfect fit. Holds color well and requires no special preparation. The price is about the same as a used one from the junkyard, so you can't go wrong.

Keep your XJ Cherokee like the day you bought it! They fit well, ordered in pairs, one glossy and the other matte. The plan was to paint them along with the grille for durability. Overall very satisfied, the box was well packed.

My headlight surrounds are quite faded. I took both the right and left sides so they are even. Their construction appears to be very solid in both strength and color fastness. I'm waiting for more parts before installing them. The bezels are finished in semi-gloss black suitable for SE and Sport models. If you want it to match the color of your jeep you will need to paint it.

I bought both this and 12419.18 from Omix-ADA. I decided to swap the driver and passenger side. But this is where it gets weird. I open both bezels and they are two different black colors. One is matte black plastic (which matches stock and is accurate) but this one on the driver's side is gloss black and doesn't match the grille or opposite surround. The quality and shape are correct but the black color is not the same. Now it's clear how that's possible, as they do the correct black writing…
