Good idea for forming circles

Great idea if you don't have a die cutter and don't need to make a lot of circles. I watched a few tutorial videos online to understand how to use this. Before I discovered there are instructions on the template itself. You may need to experiment with the circle cutter to find the right size to meet the cutting lines. Useful tool for home quilting

great ruler, how could I exist without him?

Not sure I really need this as I've been sewing without them for over 40 years! Decided to get one for making rounded edges on napkins. Well I haven't used it for that yet, but I've used it to create mask patterns. This makes it much easier to trace the pattern onto my fabrics. How have I lived without him all these years! I look forward to using it to round off napkin corners this week.

Always perfect circles

The bright markings on this ruler make it very easy to use. I've had the best results by cutting a square of fabric that's slightly larger than the circle I was trying to cut. Starch, press down, cut in half, press down, cut in half again (now you've folded four) and press down one last time. Large dots and straight lines on the ruler will help find the center of the fabric. Cut out with rotary cutter. I love using this ruler to cut out the details for the fan quilt. I added another mark to…
