The lock installation sucks, it slipped, the bag became unusable

The lock wasn't installed properly, it happened to be installed while I was trying to set a new code and now the lock doesn't work at all . If I wanted a different laptop bag I would buy it. The combination lock is terrible and useless now. But I don't have 30 days so I can't do anything and I lost at least $30. Unsatisfied. The rest of the bag is good and apart from the lock I like the bag. But without a working lock it's useless to me. The lock gets 0 stars, the rest of the bag gets 3-4 stars

Installing the lock sucks, it slipped off and rendered the bag unusable

The lock with the number is terrible and useless now. But I don't have 30 days so I can't do anything and I lost at least $30. Unsatisfied. Nice bag with a crappy lock!

I bought this briefcase and tried to lock it but the lock didn't work. I really like the briefcase itself, it has many pockets. I have recommended this briefcase to my son and my cousin and my cousin kept all his business belongings in it too! The manufacturer of this product knows they have a faulty locking system but refuses to fix it. This portfolio must be withdrawn from sale.

If you are a notary you need this bag!

Updated 02/26/2020: Still working after a year and a half of daily use. Excellent quality. Hopefully it's back in stock so I can buy it as a backup. I am a notary and NSA. I love it! Not only does it fit into legal loan packages, I don't have to worry about a key either. Great quality, lots of pockets, lots of space. The only thing I would change would be to add more pin slots, but I know this is made for the computer and not what I use it for. Buy it, seriously, you will be happy with this…

Beautiful but very small

This is a beautiful lockable bag with a stylish look. Unfortunately, by the time I had my laptop and portfolio in my bag, there wasn't much room for anything else. I'm using a thin Dell so I didn't expect this to be a problem. As a professional, I need to take HIPPA-protected files, notes, and devices with me for assessments at various locations. This bag just isn't enough. I end up keeping it for the rare occasions when I need to lock my laptop but nothing else, or when I lock my laptop twice,
