I love that it's so easy for anyone with basic computer skills to create and publish their own web page or blog without having to pay hundreds of dollars for custom software. I don't like that I can't upload my own images, but I'm not sure if that is possible. The support is great, it's easy for beginners like me who have no idea what they're doing! It has helped my business grow by leaps & bounds with ease of use (I don't even know how many people I've referred!).
