I like the knee pads that come with the product. Bending your knees on the floor helps a lot. I used this product on laminate flooring in a bedroom. Works well.

I'm giving it three stars because the kit worked. but the hammer sucks and I didn't even use knee pads, they were very cheap. The rest was pretty decent. It's probably best to go to a home store and buy a kit there so that if it bends or breaks you can return it.

This is a good product for installing vinyl floors. The tapping block is solid and the knee pads are quite comfortable. The only thing I would like to highlight is the number of spacers, which is not enough for a large room. All in all, it's enough to lay vinyl flooring in my room, it's worth the money!

job done for the price. The little tabs for space were pointless, don't stand up at all while trying to put in new pieces of ground and end up not using them at all. The velcro behind the knee on the knee pads was extremely uncomfortable. My husband decided to use a pull to pry something up and it flexed badly, don't do that and you'll be fine.

They were great and became my favorites for about 4 days. At the end of the 4th day the head of my hammer broke off. So I had to run and get one. I wasn't expecting much from such a cheap kit, but replacing half the items made it unprofitable for one reason or another.

I just decorated a 20x16 room. This was my first flooring experience so I called my friend to see if it was worth my money. he said yes To be honest I don't know how you could do it without these tools. I have used every single item in the set and would have been disappointed without them. Even a bag is good to keep everything together. Worth every penny and I hope never to use them again.

Pros: It has almost everything you need. A regular knife would be fine. Cons: Pads are very thin, worse than what I used. The hammer is probably the best part. The detachable board has a major design flaw, the ends have to be beveled to fit in the tight spaces between the wall and the piece (in my house there is a big gap under the wall board). Finally, the tap bar could be more user-friendly if both sides were indented at the bottom so you don't keep flipping it trying to find the right side…
