I received exactly what is pictured is, but unfortunately it wasn't like that working on my kids' shoes. This is a different design, My 9yr. The old ones have size 4 O'Neil Element Youth boots and I'll look for others that might fit. If they fit I would give them 5 stars it would save a lot of money compared to buying new boots. , laugh out loud.
