the shiatsu part is uncomfortable and the heat is very low

I have seen better back massagers than this one. The back massager consists of two parts. First, it's the part of shiatsu that goes up and down the back. It's a bit uncomfortable and doesn't squeeze your muscles like some types of Shiatsu massage do. Also, it's a bit uncomfortable. There are no massage speed or intensity settings for this part, but you can set the device for the lower or upper back. The other part is the vibration part. Hard to reach places because it doesn't match the curve of your spine

What I like about it: - relieves pressure on certain areas of the back - easy to use, the remote control is attached to it and has a pocket for the remote control - heat adjustment for massagers - timer function - doesn't take up much space / convenient to store Cons: - the power cord can be longer - no strength adjustment (this can be painful, and there is no way to change the settings for how the massager works works hard/soft) - the seat vibrates, which I think is completely pointless - it…

I had doubts about this product when I ordered it. I've had other products claiming to be massagers but they never lived up to the hype. This one does.
