the shiatsu part is uncomfortable and the heat is very low
I have seen better back massagers than this one. The back massager consists of two parts. First, it's the part of shiatsu that goes up and down the back. It's a bit uncomfortable and doesn't squeeze your muscles like some types of Shiatsu massage do. Also, it's a bit uncomfortable. There are no massage speed or intensity settings for this part, but you can set the device for the lower or upper back. The other part is the vibration part. There are two settings in this part: low and high. I was able to release the tension a bit on high settings, but not on low ones. In the end I didn't feel the effect of the heat setting at all.
