Amazingly Efficient Data Storage

Through trial and error, I found that this internal drive is incredibly fast AND efficient when it comes to data storage .The transfer speeds are impressive and its small size easily fits inside my computer case. The only downside is that it is limited to read/write only on specific tape or floppy formats. Overall a great investment for anyone looking for a reliable and speedy data storage solution..

Pros
  • Fast transfer speeds, small size
Cons
  • Limited read/write capabilities

Onstream SC50 External Tape Drive

I'll be brief. The tape drive is very affordable for what it does. As in other reviews, the recovery process is very slow with this streamer. Performance is lackluster, but for a home user with enough patience, this could work! I am currently using this tape drive with Veritas Backup Exec. Installation was difficult at this point, but after surfing the internet for a few hours I found a website with drivers for Windows XP and W2K. Of course, all the sites listed for Onstream didn't work…
