Highly recommended! good for camcorder accessories

You WANT to buy this strap! I bought some little "ears" and put them on all my cameras. Now I only have one strap and I take it from camera to camera when I need it. I usually don't need a bracelet or I use a bracelet that can still be used with this bracelet! Highly recommended!

Pros
  • big for me
Cons
  • old

Good strap for a medium weight camera (mirrorless or superzoom)

Replaces the thin short strap that came with my Sony NEX-6. It is longer than the Sony strap and is adjustable so that the camera can be hung at the height of the strap. The strap is textured to prevent slipping off the shoulder. Like other op/tech straps I own, it's well made and doesn't have a big logo - it's plain black and relatively unobtrusive.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Some flaws

Simple style and maximum comfort!

I rented the camera as a backup for a wedding I was shooting at and it had the same strap. I liked it so much I stopped thinking I needed it! I did some research to find out what brand and style it was. It's so light and comfortable. The soft part is padded and the whole thing somehow distributes the weight of the gear differently than the Canon my camera came with. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • No performance

Memory foam works great. The most comfortable neck strap

The quick release strap is also comfortable and allows you to work with other Optech equipment, although I haven't tried them yet. The strap has two sides and the quick release buckle allows both sides to be used. One side is memory foam. The other side is reinforced with nylon webbing that makes up the strap. I think it should give you extra grip. The build quality is excellent.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Modern

Very handy little camera strap

Good clasp for light bridge cameras. I added OP/TECH harnesses with universal loops. I also have sling extenders and they work just as well with that thin shoulder pad. I'd rather distribute the weight even more on heavier gear, so I'll stick with the lighter Panasonic/Lumix FZ200. Takes up less space in a small bag. Works with any camera, but part of its appeal is the rugged, custom OP/TECH harness systems it works with.

Soft but not grippy

I ordered this with the OP/TECH USA Super Classic Strap (black) to try both. I found another strap much better and continue to use it. I gifted the Envy to a friend who was using her original Olympus strap which wasn't very comfortable. If you use a manufacturer's strap and wear your camera primarily around your neck, this is a welcome improvement. The memory foam is very comfortable around the neck and distributes the weight fairly well. However, if you prefer to hang your camera over your…

I really like this strap

I really like this strap. I use it on a Panasonic FZ200 and it's far superior to the standard strap that comes with the camera. The main body strap is very soft and comfortable. I would actually be fine with a similar strap without the snaps, but you can buy the bottom straps to attach a different camera and switch the top neck strap from camera to camera if you like. Can't tell if I'll use it on a DSLR or not. But it's designed for a lightweight DSLR with a standard lens or a small zoom. I am…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Good overall but...

This is one of the many Op/Tech items I've purchased over the decades. Each was of high quality. Reasons I bought another of these straps include: no contrasting white lettering or colors on complimentary camera manufacturer straps, very durable (never worn in years or broken on any of their straps), easy to use, comfortable without the "springing". They make neoprene straps wide enough to spread the weight of my 70-200mm mirrorless camera, quick release clips that allow me to remove most of…
