Perfect fit for Leica Q

I carry a Leica Q with me almost every day. I've tried softer liners that offer good protection but take up a lot of space in my everyday bag. This works excellently with the Leica Q, offers decent padding and doesn't take up much space. It works great if you're just looking for extra protection in your everyday carry case.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great for CSC in camera and photo

Really good for CSC or fixed lens mirrorless compact cameras. It fits a Fuji X-100S with the lens hood attached and has a small pocket for a memory card or spare battery. Your strap comes out the sides and you use the strap attached to your camera - the case doesn't have its own strap. Minimal soft protection from abrasion and the elements, but better than nothing.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Null

Perfect for traveling with my Olympus Pen-F

I bought this to carry my Olympus Pen-F with a wrist strap when traveling but I just want to carry it with a lens and not the whole camera case. It pairs beautifully with my pancake zoom lens, as well as Olympus 25mm or 45mm prime lenses. This is a very high quality neoprene with strong stitching and I love that it screws into the tripod mount so I don't drop it when using the camera. Really great accessory for my camera!

Works as it should. - Camera bags

I have a NEX-5 with a Tamron 18-300mm lens. I didn't want to take a full camera bag with me as the whole idea of this camera is that it's compact and still has a very high image quality. I bought this bag because it is still relatively compact and easily fits the camera, lens and flash. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn't really protect the camera from damage. It is relatively thin fabric and soft. Again, this is the only suitable compact case for the NEX-5 with this

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

Nice, but there are disadvantages compared to the always-ready case.

Well made, fits my Leica IIIf with room on top for an extra viewfinder. Turning the camera on and off is a bit fiddly. And the top corners are always open where the straps go, leaving you unprotected in heavy rain. But it is very light and offers some protection. Not stable enough to put the camera in a backpack etc. The case dangles on the camera when taking pictures – you can get used to that. But honestly, the always-on case is more useful and less disruptive.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Out of style

Suitable for Fujifilm X-Pro 1 and 35mm lens (also 18mm lens)

Suitable for Fujifilm X-Pro 1 and 35mm lens. The standard hood barely fits, although very tight. Also fits 18mm lenses with standard lens hoods, but the rubber cap is easy to remove. There is a star deduction for the non-detachable cable. It's nice that you can fit a tripod mount or rubber O-ring around the lens, but I wish it could be temporarily removed. So I ended up cutting it off. It is very convenient to have it as a protective case and just put it in your pocket when taking photos. I…

Goes perfectly with my Fuji X-E2 and 35mm f/1.4 lens

I don't really need the rubber ring that goes over the lens and lets the body dangle when shooting, because that's what I use I just don't want it to get in my way. But I love the fact that there's also a latch that screws into the camera's tripod mount, allowing the housing to hang from the bottom of the camera. This came as a surprise and seems like it could be more useful, especially on an interchangeable lens camera. It's a little fiddly to turn on and off, but it looks like it'll work with

Exactly what I'm looking for

Find a Leica Q2 bag to go without a camera bag. This bag is exactly what I want. It's a bit tight for a hooded, half-pocket Q2, but the closure buttons still lock in place with a little stretch. The camera doesn't move at all in the case, which is good. That way I can put it in my regular bag or backpack when needed. I think if OP/Tech can use velcro instead of buttons it should make this case more flexible. Again, this is a great case for a tight fit on the Leica Q2. Update: After a few months

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Good product! suitable for camera bags

During my last vacation I didn't want to take a real camera bag with me. I use a small shoulder bag for trips and this padded case allows me to slip my Fuji X100T (neatly) right into the shoulder bag. Significantly less conspicuous and still comfortable. This body fits the X100T perfectly even with the filter adapter and lens hood installed - it wobbles a bit when the lens hood is not installed. So if your camera is smaller than mine, you may need a smaller body (OP/TECH USA makes about a…
