It is very easy to use, it's intuitive with no coding required! The heatmap visualization makes for an engaging way of showing data that can be easily interpreted by non-technical users or those without programming experience/skillset themselves (ease). I like the fact that the data is easy to read and interpret. I have been using it in the past for a few years now and have not noticed any issues. It is not perfect, but it does the job. It's a lot of fun, I find it very useful to visualize my results in real time.
