🎨 ORACAL 651 Permanent Vinyl, 12x6, Black - Durability and Versatility in Crafting Projects Review

If you're looking for the original, this may not be it. It looks like rolled up leftovers with a sticker stuck to them. So whether it's really the Oracle 651 or not, I don't know. The first 15cm of vinyl has glue, fingerprints and scratches and the vinyl bubbles so much in places that it is unusable. I believe it is a fake because the paper on the back is not the same color as the real Oracle 651 paper. For $5 I can cut my losses.

Oracal Black Gloss 651 tends to stick to itself if you're not careful. The wrap is mostly rolled too tight and I unroll it and hang it before cutting it otherwise it will curl up on the mat. Other reviewers have complained about the tape they put on the roll to hold it up and keep it rolled up. I bought several colors from another seller and in comparison the seller should really consider packaging this vinyl better. It has a sticker that sits directly on the vinyl and cannot be removed, losing some of the vinyl. Other sellers have sealed their vinyl in plastic and put a sticker on the outside of the plastic (the blue vinyl in my picture is from another seller) so you can use the entire roll without wasting it. Haven't used this yet but I wanted to go ahead and check out the part that gets the most negative reviews which is the warehouse that winds the tape into rolls. . I also had a piece of tape, 3 pieces (from the end and in the middle). Luckily, this particular roll didn't have a larger sticker (although I had no problem removing it from another roll that had one). I was able to get all the tape off of me without too much trouble. I really liked the price of this film. The vinyl I usually buy is way more expensive, but I decided to take a chance and buy a cheaper brand. It was a bad decision on my part. This vinyl is extremely difficult to weed. It rarely sticks to carbon paper and I have to manually use a small tool to move the vinyl from its backing onto the carbon paper.
