Review on 🎨 ORACAL 651 Permanent Vinyl, 12x6, Black - Durability and Versatility in Crafting Projects by Carol Miller

I bought several colors from another seller and in comparison the seller should really consider packaging this vinyl better. It has a sticker that sits directly on the vinyl and cannot be removed, losing some of the vinyl. Other sellers have sealed their vinyl in plastic and put a sticker on the outside of the plastic (the blue vinyl in my picture is from another seller) so you can use the entire roll without wasting it. It was also really shiny and finger marks showed up easily (other vinyls I've ordered didn't). It's still a good vinyl at a good price, but I was annoyed with the packaging.
