Not very sticky 🙄 - Craft

Doesn't stick well to etched vinyl. I have to bend and lift the backing behind the vinyl (Oracal 651) with my fingers to remove the vinyl. I keep it for personal use but cannot use it for stickers for my Etsy shop. It's bubbly and useless, I couldn't expect anyone to pay money for a sticker on this stuff. I don't think this is the real Oracal 👀

Poor reproduction of vinyl graphics.

I purchased ORACAL vinyl and am happy with their outdoor vinyl but their transfer tape is substandard at best. It has almost no tack, once you think it's sticky to release the vinyl from the backing paper it just wants to lift parts of your vinyl. I may have a bad batch, but unfortunately I won't be using your transfer tape again anytime soon.

Doesn't work well on matte surfaces

I love this transfer tape, it's easy to use. It's durable, I can transfer about 5 pieces of vinyl with one piece of tape. The problem is that it doesn't work well with matte vinyl. It works great with a glossy finish, but I'm having real trouble getting oracle651 matte vinyl records off their paper backing. I've used this tape for many different brands and it's still the same, doesn't take matte surfaces well. I still think it was a good buy but even though I have an order of 100 for matte…

Don't waste money!

I have used several brands of transfer tape including press and sealing tape as a last resort and this is by far the worst transfer tape I have ever used. The press and printing worked better and that says a lot! I tried several projects. I thought maybe this is my material. I use Oracle 651 vinyl and occasionally Cricut brand vinyl. This will NOT lift my vinyls unless I carefully hand lift each piece and tape them to the tape. So not only was I wasting the vinyl and my time, but now I have…

The Absolute Worst

I was hoping it would be the same transfer tape that Oracal ships with their other vinyl. The free transfer tape is thick, sticks well, has great guides, and is easy to carry. THIS transfer tape is the best. This transfer tape is garbage. It's twisted so tight that it bubbles on the paper, making the cuts look weird. Because it's heavily curled, it also curls up once you pull it out of the paper, making it difficult to work with. Then you can try to transfer your vinyl. BUT. It's such a low…

Nonstick Coating

Easy to work with, but small pieces of vinyl won't stick. You really have to work with it and then some. This was just a test to see if I would use it over another brand because I love the clarity and the fact that I can cut it to the exact size and it has a backing to cover before peeling it off protection. Over 100 decals were made, 20 percent of which were tapered and another 20 percent were fine with big bold letters etc. The rest was just an annoying attempt to get them to stick or peel…
