I thought I'd save money and order universal brushes, big mistake. Within 10 seconds the brush fell out of the toothbrush and then when I pulled the toothbrush out of the toothbrush the inside of the brush stayed on my handle so I put it back. Won't make that mistake again, I will be ordering Oral-B brushes.

My dentist suggested the system. That works great! It feels like a hygienist cleaning every day for 6 months. I knew I would need extra brushes and my husband wanted to try it too.

These tips clean the gums too roughly. Sensitive rubber nubs feel comfortable and clean your teeth better. The sensitive gum heads make my teeth much smoother than the cross action and my gums are still intact.

I was surprised that the label was partly in German when the package arrived. So I used Google Lens to translate. Pretty cool! The first photo is the real label and the second is the translated version. In any case, these heads are exactly the same in every way as the ones that were on my cross-action brushes. I would order them again.

After purchasing them I saw some comments about the authenticity of these replacement brushes and thought about returning them. Not so sure now. There is no doubt that they are about half the price of those sold on the Oral-b website. Everything in the packaging indicates that this is a genuine Proctor and Gamble product. I don't know how to investigate further but if they're fake then they did a damn good job. It even seems to be more than making real toothbrushes. I'll call Oral-b.

Even weeks after buying these Oral-B toothbrushes they look like I've been using them for 3 months. Remember I only brush my teeth once a day because. I'm a serial flosser. They are no better than the regular ones and I don't even see any difference in purity from the original substitutes. I find it disturbing, the quality is poor, the durability of the product. well, poor guy.
