This toothbrush stopped working 4 months after ordering. The seller told me to provide the company with warranty papers. What a train! I used to use a Sonic Care toothbrush and have had two different models and both have lasted forever. In fact, I donated the last Sonic Care I had to a thrift store when I bought this one.

Doesn't hold a charge

I bought Oral B from Costco and I love it. Holds a charge for more than a week after being fully charged. This Genius X barely lasts a day or two on a charge. Very disappointing. I think I would have stayed with the Costco original. They work great.

I'm not sure if that interests me.

This brush set was given to me by my dentist (they billed me for it too). I used it for a week and found it uncomfortable. I've been using Oral B Pulsar soft brushes for many years, so I'm used to the electric toothbrush. This particular system doesn't fit well in the mouth, which is why my back teeth and the back surfaces of those teeth didn't get as clean.
