We received these after having to replace our current toothbrushes. They are amazing and I've always loved the indicator to let you know it's time to replace them!

"Medium " bristles are more what I would call "hard ". Fits in a standard old style toothbrush holder!

I haven't used this new brush long enough to give a final review, but my first impressions are: (1) the "medium" bristles are firmer than I expected; maybe I should have chosen "soft". (2) I like that the handle is thin enough to fit in an old style toothbrush holder. Many modern toothbrushes have chunky, oversized handles that are too big to fit.
