Can’t open the safe, no instructions and keys inside

This used safe arrived locked with the key inside and no directions. Help? Anyone know how to reset and/or open this safe? The battery slot is inside and the keypad is not lighting up. Will be returning soon if the merchant doesn’t chime in. Thanks.

Great quality safe: my feedback

This is a high quality safe that's great for everyday use and is easy to setup. It offers lots of room for storing money, valuables and important documents.I love that it has a drop box for deposits so you don't have to open it each time. So far I have no complaints - serves its purpose and works just as intended.

Really Sturdy Safe: my feedback

This is a very sturdy, incredibly solid safe. The look of it is really simple and the material it's made with is incredibly strong.The front of it is really heavy. Clearly designed to take a hit.The door and keys operate well, very functional.Overall it's a really solid and simple option.

Good safe for the cost

This is a good economy safe designed more to keep honest people honest rather then a thief from gaining entry or walking off with it. This safe is constructed sturdy and locks solid. The lock is easy to open and I like that it has a drop box slot which makes it easy to put things in there without having to fully open. At this price point this safe is a good deal. 5 STARS

Mail will not fall - drop door is poorly designed.

This mailbox is not worth the metal is is made from. We had to take the door off just so our mail carrier would put the mail in rather than leaving it hang half out of the box or laying on the ground.The door that pulls down is just barely wide enough for a standard size letter, anything bigger will not fit.Only 1 letter can be put in at a time and then you're lucky if it dropped down into the holding box.I removed the door, bent the tines down hoping it would allow mail to drop when the door…

Locking mailbox best in my review

I needed a mounted drop box for cash, keys, and any other small things that I need locked up. This is going to work perfectly. It comes with two keys, lag bolts and sheetrock mounts. I would recommend.

Love this safe and you can secure it to the wall behind it or the floor underneath it! Pink color gives it a little something extra to love!

This is a solid drop box. It seems durable and strong enough to deter theft as well as provide protection for the contents. Well made and should last a long time.

I ordered this for my workplace and it does the job. Thanks for attention. Definitely heavy duty as it states and it’s the perfect size.

Broke after 3 months and the door won't close.

Can't close the door is stuck and there's no contact info for seller. It's not even about the $$ for the safe, it cost more to have it installed and now it's just stuck in an open position.

This safe is solid sturdy heavy has to be made of steel easy to load it no need to unlock it, it has a mailbox slot I’ve been using it since day one definitely a nice piece my dad say you get what you pay for and this is a quality safe
