Can’t open the safe, no instructions and keys inside

This used safe arrived locked with the key inside and no directions. Help? Anyone know how to reset and/or open this safe? The battery slot is inside and the keypad is not lighting up. Will be returning soon if the merchant doesn’t chime in. Thanks.
